education and training programs are designed to promote responsible dog ownership and happy,
well behaved and confident dogs. All consultations are provided at your home and neighbourhood.
We provide humane and science based Training and Behaviour Improvement for puppies and adult
dogs of all breeds and backgrounds, including pound rescues and dogs that have resisted other
attempts at training. Other services include; Puppy and Adult Dog Preparation, Selection &
Training, Bringing a Baby Home, Puppy & Adult Group classes and Community Group presentations.
We are able to provide Boarded Training and Behavioural Improvement Services by arrangement.
We mainly service the Penrith/Blue Mountains/Hawkesbury/Blacktown/Baulkham Hills Council areas
of Greater Sydney. Other areas by negotiation.

I work for all the local veterinary practices doing behaviour work (advice and one-to-one), puppy parties and clinics. I run over 20 dog training classes (clicker training and target) each week at the Centre, and am very active in local schools promoting responsible dog ownership and prevent-a-bite. The Centre also offers educational workshops, aggression workshops, livestock workshops and “before you get your puppy” talks. A new wing of the Dog Centre is Dogs Helping Kids (D.H.K.) which was set up to help promote the unique bond between dogs and children. I also work with troubled teenagers using positive dog training methods (both theory and hands on), introducing them to different breeds (most of which they have never seen before), and teaching them about how to work with problem dogs using non-violent methods. This helps them reflect on their own behaviour and how it affects those around them.
